Laak Richard Brands Ltd & Laak Richard Media School

At Laak Richard Brands Ltd and Laak Richard Media School, we value our customers and students and aim to ensure satisfaction across all our products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or enrollment.

1. Product Purchases (Apparel, Clothing & Branded Items)

Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a production error on our part.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved by our quality team.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Custom-branded products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items

2. Digital Products & Branding Services

Due to the nature of digital services and branding work:

  • Payments for completed designs, digital files, or branding services are non-refundable.
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a 50% refund may be issued.
  • Once work has started, no refund will be provided, but revisions can be requested depending on the package purchased.

3. Laak Richard Media School – Courses & Training Programs

Refunds apply under these conditions:

  • A full refund is available if cancellation is made within 3 days of enrollment and before accessing course materials.
  • After accessing digital materials or attending classes, fees become non-refundable.
  • If a scheduled class is canceled by the school, students may choose between a rescheduled session or a full refund.
  • Course transfers (switching to another course) may be allowed upon request and availability.

4. Event Tickets (Runway Shows & Workshops)

  • Tickets are refundable only if the event is canceled by the organizers.
  • If the customer is unable to attend, tickets can be rescheduled or transferred to another attendee, but not refunded.

5. Processing Time

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
